About me

I am a multiple award winning multimedia sports journalist, with a background in digital, broadcast and written journalism.

My journalism career started in 2023, when I started my Multimedia Sports Journalism course at the University of Northampton. Throughout my time studying Multimedia Journalism, many key journalistic skills have been developed, including videography using Panasonic cameras, editing via adobe platforms such as; Premiere Pro, Audition and InDesign, being part of a professional news day, for both TV and Radio, article writing and producing content for specific social media platforms.

Being part of UON's weekly news day team, I have learnt the ability to work in fast-paced newsrooms, working on major worldwide and local events, such as the 2024 US election and the 2025 Northamptonshire local elections, in which our N Live news day production picked up two BJTC awards, for best radio news day.

I have experience writing for  a globally recognised sports outlets called VAVEL. I worked as a reporter, producing content about Leicester City Football Club, producing match content, such as; match previews, match reports and player ratings.

More recently, I collaborated with the Northants Football Association, where I helped create content towards their 'create the feeling' yearly campaign, expanding my knowledge of creating sport specific and platform specific digital content.

I am open to all types of journalism, in news and sports. However, I aspire to be part of a social media team, working in digital journalism, given my editing skills and knowledge of social media. Being a sports journalist, my main two sports are Football and Darts, but I would be happy to explore all types of sports or multimedia roles.
